Getting it in writing

As an internet business owner, it is wonderful talking with customers and helping them to realize their ideas for personalized gifts. Something I've learned is to make sure I follow up phone conversations with confirmation emails. It is good to make sure I have the idea correct, in writing, so that my customer can see it, and confirm that we are on the same page. This helps with any typos or incorrect spellings that may have occurred with the transformation from phone to page.
